- ➤ Flawless, launched in 2018, holds its annual one-day retreat for teen and tween girls today in Kokomo — the event features activities and discussions that help participants overcome challenges with faith. Kokomo Tribune
- ➤ Central Paving will begin milling and repaving Mall Road Tuesday through Nov. 26—affecting the road from Market Street to High Street from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The project is part of the Community Crossing Matching Grant work to improve local road conditions. Pharos-Tribune
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Indiana University Kokomo School of Humanities and Social Sciences is presenting 'Little Women' at Havens Auditorium from November 14th — November 16th. The play tells the story of the March sisters during the Civil War as they face challenges and follow their dreams. Kokomo Tribune
- ➤ The Art Association is showing work by local artist Joseph Fettingis, whose passion began when a field trip to Caracas at age nine sparked his dream after he saw a priest sketch a cathedral. Fettingis has built a 60-year career from South American jungles to Chicago and now creates watercolor paintings in Logansport—where local festivals and nature still inspire him. Pharos-Tribune

- ➤ Tri-Central School Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Monday at the Administration Office at 4774 N. 200 West in Sharpsville. The meeting will be livestreamed through Tri-Central Community Schools on Facebook as no agenda is available yet. Kokomo Tribune
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Officials said that deaths by suicide and accidental drug overdoses are cumulatively higher through the third quarter compared to this time last year—a trend that is under close watch. Kokomo Tribune
