SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ On October 31, city officials and team leaders announced on Facebook Live that the new collegiate summer baseball team is named the Kokomo Creek Chubs and will honor the local fish with navy blue, teal and silver colors—Joe Thatcher introduced Head Coach Jason Taulman and General Manager Matthew Howard as the team prepares for its inaugural season in summer 2026.
