The move will boost local production—supporting the regional economy.

Stellantis said it will spend $13 billion in the next four years to bring five new vehicles and a new four-cylinder engine to US plants, adding 100 jobs in Kokomo and more than 5,000 across the country.

The company’s plan—its biggest in 100 years—will boost production by 50% with work in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
