- ➤ A community blood drive is taking place today at Button Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to help meet a need for blood donations as stated by the American Red Cross; officials declared an Air Quality Action Day until midnight—ozone levels are in the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups range and those with asthma are advised to limit outdoor exposure. - ➤ The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has extended Air Quality Action Day through today in areas across Indiana including Kokomo—ozone levels are forecast to reach the Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups range due to warm temperatures, low humidity and light wildfire smoke. Giant.fm

- ➤ The Indiana Department of Natural Resources said that the final Free Fishing Day will be on Saturday, September 27 & residents can fish without a license or trout/salmon stamps while following all rules.
