- ➤ Indiana University Kokomo is launching a microcredential in Foundational English and American Culture aimed at new residents, including those coming from overseas. - ➤ The Tipton County Board of Zoning Appeals met on Aug 10 as routine business turned tense after a petitioner (from Kempton) who had requested a public hearing (for a proposed junkyard) did not attend, sparking public anger during the session.
