- ➤ Washington Street downtown reopened Thursday morning after a water main break closed the road between Sycamore and Superior streets over the weekend — the Indiana Department of Environmental Management declared an Air Quality Action Day for PM 2.5 until midnight EDT on July 4, advising sensitive groups to limit outdoor exposure.
