- ➤ The Indiana Department of Transportation announced that beginning Monday, June 30, the ramp from SR 931 to southbound U.S. 31 south of Kokomo will close for concrete patching and joint repair and is expected to reopen in mid-July if weather holds—drivers are to follow the detour via SR 26.
