- ➤ The Kokomo Antique Mall opens today at 121 W. Sycamore St. on the downtown square during the Strawberry Festival and will feature over 7,000 square feet and more than 75 vendors from Howard County and other parts of Indiana. Kokomo Tribune

- ➤ The Strawberry Festival is returning downtown today from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. around the Howard County Courthouse, Main Street, and Buckeye Street. Over 175 booths will offer art, food, and drinks+ the event also features live music, a juried art market, family fun zones, and $8 strawberry desserts available until 7 p.m. or while supplies last. - ➤ The Kokomo Post invites locals to submit a short paragraph and photo of their dad for a special Father’s Day tribute. - ➤ Lewis Cass High School will partner with IUK this fall to offer Indiana College Core classes for college credit—these 30 credit hours meet the general education requirement for transfer to public colleges in Indiana. Kokomo Tribune

- ➤ The only Howard County team in the IHSAA tournament, the Western Panthers will face Delta in a Class 3A regional championship game at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jim Turner Field in Logansport—this win will move the Panthers one step closer to a semistate appearance. The Kokomo Post
- ➤ The Western Lady Panthers earned four straight shutouts and a 27-3 record by defeating Logansport and Yorktown, and they will face Mississinewa on June 6 at Twin Lakes High School in the opening round of the semi-state tournament.
