Logan Properties, based in Fort Wayne, is planning to develop a 23-acre parcel on the north side at 144 E-400 North to support industrial growth near two Stellantis manufacturing plants and soon-to-be two StarPlus Energy electric vehicle battery plants.
The project will boost options for local EV suppliers and build on the area’s expanding industrial base.

🎓 Education
At IU Kokomo Commencement on May 13, over 400 graduates celebrated earning their degrees and shared plans for their future careers.
Susan Yoe earned an elementary education degree to honor her grandfather’s wishes—she will soon move to Arizona to teach in a Navajo Nation primary school while others plan to enter fields like art, marketing, and nursing.
Eighth graders at Maconaquah Middle School and history teacher Matthew Barnett are constructing Fort Mac as part of Storm the Fort Year Four— a project that began with a cannon that shoots candy and potatoes.
