- ➤ Kokomo Creek Chubs will use bats from Titan Bat Company this upcoming season — the local partnership includes Titan founder Trampas Young and team owner Joe Thatcher to bring locally made gear to each game. Kokomo Tribune
- ➤ Kokomo Creek Chubs, the city's newest collegiate baseball team, announced on Monday a partnership with Titan Bat Company (from Logansport) to supply bats for the season. Pharos-Tribune
- ➤ Greentown celebrated the start of its youth baseball and softball season with a parade where teams rode floats and tossed candy to neighbors before holding opening ceremonies at the ball fields. Games are now underway in the area. Kokomo Lantern
