- ➤ Restaurante Claribel serves Salvadorian and Mexican dishes with a message of hope to the local community. The Claribel family honors its legacy passed down from Sonia, who first nurtured her dream in El Salvador, plus now continues to grow local traditions. Pharos-Tribune
