- ➤ Library Con returns to Kokomo offering a free day of games, cosplay, and workshops at the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library on Saturday, May 16 at KHCPL South (1755 E. Center Road). - ➤ Indiana health officials urge residents to guard against tick bites as warmer weather increases the risk of infections including Heartland virus.
