- ➤ Police say one man was arrested and one man is still being sought in connection with a fatal overdose last year on the city's south side—Gas City resident Donald Riggs and Fairmount resident Steven E. Cole face a level 1 felony charge for dealing a controlled substance causing death and a level 4 felony charge for dealing a narcotic drug. Kokomo Tribune
