- ➤ The Kokomo Police Department is investigating a theft in the 2700 Block of South Goyer Road that occurred on March 29th at around 4:00 a.m. A suspect in an older blue Chevrolet truck pulling a trailer drove north, and the southbound lane of Apperson from Superior to Vaile will close on April 9th for about one week for storm line repairs while northbound lanes remain open for access to Central Middle School's east parking lot.
