- ➤ Bridges Outreach is set to launch Kokomo Little Links, an 18-hole mini-golf course with a shaved ice stand at Cutler Park. Opening on April 11 and 12 at the former Eastside Little League site, the venue will also provide job training for local students. The Kokomo Post
- ➤ KUO is hosting its Empty Bowl Fundraiser today at Main Street United Methodist Church in Kokomo. Teen culinary student Miranda Guyer (17) prepared chicken earlier this week for the event. Kokomo Tribune

ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Gov. Mike Braun revealed on Tuesday a new economic initiative aimed at creating 100,000 high wage agriculture and life sciences jobs over the next decade. The Indiana Economic Development Corporation will offer $1 billion in tax credits to fuel growth that may benefit local communities. Kokomo Tribune

- ➤ Eastern High School drama students are reviving their 2020 performance of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers (their spring musical) this weekend at the school in Kokomo. Local cast members will showcase a beloved production on stage. Kokomo Tribune

- ➤ Visitors to Indiana State Parks will soon have free high-tech track chairs to help those with limited mobility enjoy scenic trails (a state accessibility effort), as Gov. Mike Braun said every park will receive one to open outdoor adventures. Kokomo Tribune
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ The Kokomo Bobkats will host Lake County Legacy today at Memorial Gymnasium. The team will aim to turn its season around after dropping three of four games while Legacy, playing its first road game, looks to secure a win with improved efficiency. The Kokomo Post
