Indiana is set to receive $6.25 million from a settlement with pharmaceutical companies accused of hiking EpiPen prices over 600% to affect Hoosier patients, a case filed by Attorney General Todd Rokita in January 2025.
The state plans to use this settlement to deter unlawful pricing practices.
